REFUND POLICY FOR PAY PER VIEW PURCHASES

Kombatants will process refunds for Pay Per View purchases within 24-72 hours after a refund request is submitted.

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions: refund requests for a purchased PPV must be made within 24 hours after the event has aired. No refunds will be issued after this time.

  1. Duplicate Purchases: If you made multiple purchases in error using the same registration/login data.
  2. Unavailable Content: If the Pay Per View content was not available because the event was canceled or the provider did not make the content available for streaming.
  3. Streaming Issues: If more than 80% of the content had streaming issues, such as no sound or poor video quality.
  4. Misleading Content: If the content was misleading and the description did not match the actual video content.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours following the conclusion of a live broadcast.

To initiate a refund, kindly send an email to info@kombatants.com, referencing the PayPal Transaction ID, and ensure to include the email addresses associated with both your kombatants.com and PayPal accounts that were used during the purchase.

Please note that this refund policy applies exclusively to Pay Per View purchases.
