These Terms are applicable to all users of the Services, including users who are also contributors of Content on the Services. “Content” includes the videos, photos, live streams, text, software, scripts, graphics, sounds, music, nteractive features and other materials you may view on, access via, or contribute to the Services. The Services include all parts of Kombatants, including but not limited to all software, products, and services provided through the Kombatants website.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled or owned by Kombatants. Kombatants has no control over, and takes on no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of any third party websites. Additionally, Kombatants will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Services, you expressly relieve Kombatants from any liability resulting from your use of any third-party website.
In view of that, we advise you to be aware whenever you leave the Services, and to read the terms and policies of any other website that you visit.
You agree and acknowledge that any Livestream events that may occur on the Website shall at all the times in any case whatsoever be considered to be a bonus offering or a complementary offering that may be or may not be offered by us, in our sole discretion, as a part of a monthly membership.
Livestream events shall be non-pay per view. If for any reason whatsoever, a Livestream event does not occur or take place or is canceled despite being advertised or planned or scheduled well in advance, we shall not be held liable, in such a case for any reason whatsoever, to process a refund or provide a refund to you.
You shall not make any requests to us for processing any refunds if a Livestream event does not occur or take place despite being advertised or planned or scheduled or otherwise well in advance, as the same will not be processed or entertained by us in any case whatsoever. Your subscription to the monthly membership offered by the website is separate and independent from the live streaming events and it does not include the live streaming events even if advertised or planned or scheduled well in advance.
In furtherance of the above, we also do not make any representations nor warrant anything with respect to the quality of the Livestreams that may be displayed or shown or broadcasted, or viewed by you on the website. While you are viewing a live stream the quality of the Livestreams may fluctuate from a high-quality video Livestream to an extremely low- or poor-quality video Livestream and vice-versa which may disturb or spoil your viewing experience.
We will always endeavor to provide you with the best experience while you are viewing a Livestream but the factors responsible for the fluctuations in the video quality of Livestreams including poor internet connectivity are not under our control at any time. By viewing the Livestreams, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable in any case whatsoever for the frequent fluctuations that may be caused to the Livestream while you are viewing the same.
You shall not hold us liable or responsible for the frequent fluctuations that may be caused to the Livestream while you are viewing the same and also not make any requests to us for processing any refunds with respect to the same as the same will not be processed by us or entertained by us in any case whatsoever.
So as to access some features of the Services, you will have to create a Kombatants Account. Kombatants is monthly subscription. You will be required to renew your subscription when necessary to avoid limited access to your Account and the Services.
When creating an account, you are required to provide correct and complete information. You are completely responsible for any activity that happens under your account, and you must maintain the security of your account password. You must immediately notify Kombatants of any breach of security or any unauthorized use of your account.
Although Kombatants will not be liable for any losses arising from any unauthorized use of your account, you may become liable for the losses of Kombatants or others owing to such unauthorized use.

You accept that when using the Services, you will be exposed to Content from a variety of sources, and that Kombatants is not responsible for the correctness, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of such Content. Also, you agree that you may be exposed to certain Content that is incorrect, offensive, or objectionable, and you will waive all legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against Kombatants regarding it, and, to the extent permitted by relevant law, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kombatants, its affiliates, owners, operators, licensors, and licensees to the highest extent authorised by law as regards all matters in connection to your usage of the Services.
As a Kombatants account holder, you may submit Content to the Services, including videos, photos, and user comments. You understand that Kombatants does not guarantee any confidentiality regarding any Content you submit.
You shall be completely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Content on the Services. You agree that you own or have the relevant rights, licenses, and consents to publish Content you submit; and you license to Kombatants all trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright or any other proprietary rights regarding such Content for publication on the Services in accordance with these Terms.
To clarify, you retain your ownership rights in your Content. Nonetheless, by submitting Content to Kombatants, you hereby grant Kombatants a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, distribute, reproduce, make derivative works of, publicly display, and perform the Content in connection with the Services and Kombatants’ (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including with no limitation for promoting and redistributing any of the Services (and any derivative works thereof) in any media formats and via any media channels. You also hereby confer on each user of the Services a non-exclusive license to access your Content via the Services, and to use, distribute, reproduce, publicly display and perform such Content as allowed via the functionality of the Services and under the Terms herein.
The above licenses offered by you in video Content you submit to the Services terminate after you have removed or deleted your videos from the Services. Nonetheless, you agree that Kombatants may retain server copies of your videos that have been removed or deleted. Also, you agree that Content you submit to the Services will not include any third party copyrighted material, or material subject to any other third party proprietary rights, except you have the consent from the appropriate owner of such material or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant Kombatants all the license rights conferred herein.
Also, you agree that you will not submit to the Services any Content or other material that contradicts applicable local, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.
Kombatants does not endorse any Content submitted to the Services by any user or other licensors, or any advice, opinion, or recommendation expressed therein, and Kombatants expressly disclaims any and all liability in line with Content. Kombatants does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Services, and Kombatants will remove all Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another’s intellectual property rights. Kombatants reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice.
Pay Per View are offered at the prices listed on the Sites or the Apps. We reserve the right to modify the price of any Pay Per View Services based on market conditions, at any time, without notice.
Payments for Pay Per View on the Sites are administered by third party payment gateway service providers. Kombatants utilizes third party payment gateway providers, which allow use of variety types of credit cards. In order to purchase Pay Per View Services, you may be required to provide complete and accurate information to the payment gateway providers, including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information and billing address.
